Agreed... and with Dream behind the project the render promises have a decent chance of being kept.

3 of my favourite projects in the city (design, colour/materials, massing etc.) ring the Distillery District and all 3 will actually enhance the neighbourhood (stop the presses!).

Oh wow, love the base of that last one, especially the slide in the low-rise building. That courtyard looks pretty amazing, but it only really works if that dude with the patchwork jacket is there playing his alto sax every night.

Another vote for Doc Severinsen being a permanent courtyard fixture.

Zzzz, 1BW puts me to sleep. I think when the sun dies and consumes the universe in 6 billion years, those 1BW columns will look just as they do now, and as they have for seeming millennia.
