It's looking great.
I would just like to see 1 tower in the immediate vicinity of 600' or so.

This project is going up incredibly fast! I suspect most of the cladding and windows will be done by beginning to mid summer at this pace! Its presence on Market will be Major!!!

Is Jamie Meller new with YIMBY? Those are actually really well framed photos.

Your wish has been granted, I just built a 600 inch tower in my backyard.

Driving on Market heading west, it cannot be understated how much this changes the feel of the area compared to how it was before.

Agreed. Said differently, I don't care what anyone thinks about this building.

I love it. Huge impact.

Initially I really liked the building but felt a dose of disappointment about its height. But now that I have felt its presence at the street level from the perspective of the pedestrian - I love it. The proposed overbuild to its west will have a similar beneficial impact. Sprinkle in 2301 JFK and 33 North 22nd Street, and the whole neighborhood will have a better feel. (But I just don't like the conceptual renderings of 21M - one of the few projects that would be better off dead IMHO.)

Develop a couple more of the surface lots and this area is done.
