By the time that one employee gets in the crane, moves his backhoe where he needs it on the site, and gets back down from the crane, it's time to call it a day.

Probably the only financial companies where that matters are stock brokers

That matters because the regulators require extra regulatory monitoring.

Didnt it start about the same time as 1136 S Wabash?

However, they can take as long as they want imho.

Haha so true. 9 months in and they finally hit ground level. At this pace the estimated completion date has to be around 2022.

Big parking lot at 1354 S Wabash (Wabash & 14th St) almost across the street from both 1333 S Wabash and 1345 S Wabash sold on 6/12 for $5.75M. Anybody know of any plans for that big lot?

And let's just say that it caught fire under suspicious circumstances... Possibly a little bit of insurance fraud.

Ahhh. That's the site, yes. Wonder if this thing is happening or if it was sold to someone else

Says who? Libel lawyers are curious.

The fire was the result of open-torch roofing work, and the very same owner rebuilt ASAP.

Libel lawyers are also curious how badmouthing someone on an internet forum that's not prominent and barely anybody reads would be a sure-fire case.
