So judging from the latest photos, it looks to be official - that 625 W Adams is one of the rare all concrete-frame modern office towers to rise in Chicago (I'd thought until lasst week that there was still a chance that this could go steel above the parking levels at the base).......I wonder how the developers made this decision, and what gave them confidence that concrete's noted less-flexible nature for a modern office program/floorplan would not be too much of a net negative for their project?....
