decent. Wish the surface parking wasn't there though. You would figure they could just have it accessed directly off the lane to the south and eliminate the need for the drive aisle, at the very least, and remove the curb cut along Ferguson.

Better coverage than the current building, and a bit of green will go a long way, but I don't care for the surface lot either.

These blocks are an odd mish-mash of old and new and big and emptiness. There's a nice little row of 9 homes on the southwest corner along Wilson, then you have that weird blend of old and newer SFHs across from the school on Ferguson and Carstar's buildings just north of that. Will the new and large developments just a few blocks west eventually creep eastward? Or will there be a transition? I wonder this every time I'm on Wilson.
