Got $8.9 million to spare for this charming 1881 home? (designed by James Balfour) Or can you get approved for that kind of mortgage, and handle the monthly utility bills? Apparently it comes furnished, so there's one expense you needn't worry about.

While it’s a grand old home, that asking price is steeeeep. They’ll be lucky to get half that for it.

It appears to have been renovated by someone who appreciates faux Italianate design. They even have a da Vinci hanging on the wall! All we're missing is a Venus on the half shell statue...
