Christmas in the Core

Not as depressing as they'll have you think.
























I guess that's a pretty depressing picture to end on, but I'm sure the next year will change things there.

i'd love to see the city/bia start a true christmas market in the gore. lots of food, drink, music, rides, great lighting, junk to buy, skating, etc. see vienna, prague, munich...for further info on such things.

good tour by the way.

Thanks, Matt! I love that that HUGE tree has Christmas Balls on them hahaha

I really like those light-up shooting start things the city put up along Main St. They're really nice.

If the city can do one thing right, it's making Gore Park nice whether it be Chritsmas or Summertime. They always pick out great plants in the summer, and seem to put a lot of effort/money into the Gore at Christmas. It truly creates a "big city feel" (especially when it's packed with people).

Yep. I'll try to do a Part 2 at night with all the lights and such going.
