Wow, Manila, like Frankfurt and London, simply does not get the coverage it deserves on these forums.

^Nice of you to say that, thanks! I was in London a little over a year ago, and I was surprised by the number and design quality of high rise constructions going up on both banks of the Thames. I haven't been to Frankfurt, so I'm curious to check their thread here.

Here's an update of Ayala North Exchange (former Citygate Towers), located at an important intersection of Makati Business District. This gives the public a good view of Ayala Avenue, the 'Wall Street' of the Philippines, the preferred HQ address of multinational companies in the country.

Let's start off with the Uptown-Veritown area of BONIFACIO CBD

As multinational companies continue to cut costs and send jobs overseas, demand for BPO (business process outsource) space in developing countries like the Philippines should continue to grow. Here's a project that is part of that, helping to fuel Manila's construction boom.

Megaworld to build 25-storey tower for JPMorgan Chase Bank’s Philippine Global Service Center

Megaworld, the Philippines’ largest developer and lessor of office spaces, is constructing a 25-storey, build-to-suit office building for the Philippine Global Service Center of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., the leading global banking and financial services provider.

Offering an estimated 70,000 square meters of gross leasable area, it is the country’s biggest single office lease transaction in terms of total space leased to a single company and transaction value.

I heard that they broke ground some weeks ago on a subway line that will stretch from Quezon City to Pasay, with a direct link to NAIA. It's also supposed to connect to some of the elevated rail lines.

Nag-groundbreaking na!

Yep! However, the TBM is still being manufactured, so it will be a while before they can make good progress. I know they've made progress on the crucial NLEX-SLEX freeway connector recently, and I think both MRT line 7 and the BRT in Quezon City are both moving along
