yeah, looking at it makes you wonder about the apts.

not too much tho, i am sure they will be pretty sweet!

all i found was that it's to be 73 floors and 417 apts.

i did not find any floor plans or renders as yet.

maybe someone else has more info.

I can't believe how fast this is rising. Seems like concrete structures have been rising faster than concrete core/steel buildings lately but that might just be my perception.

I do wish the bronze facade elements caught light a bit more. I like the black but I was hoping for more bronze. It could be something more pronounced in person.

Junior's is an iconic Brooklyn establishment. It will remain so whether they get a new building or not. 9 Dekalb is the new icon in the making, the prominence of the crown making it visible all over.

Because they still have to move heavy machinery around so it wouldn’t make sense to clad it now. It’s pretty typical to clad the base close to the end.
