In the 5th photo there is something of strange. If the Tower Verre is 320m and the 86th floor of the ESB is 320m, why there is that enormous difference of height in favour of the ESB despite the latter is much further than the Tower Verre from the Central Park?

The Empire State Building is a mile south of Tower Verre. You're not looking at a photo taken on an even plane. You have to compare it to the buildings around it. For example, you know that the CP Tower is currently much higher than the 86th floor of the ESB, but from what you are saying, they would be about the same height.
