Smart buyers. If I was looking to buy a condo in Hamilton out of all the current builds, this one makes the most sense from a quality perspective. Instead of drunk lego v-man builds or coletara.

So all the units are sold out, but I don't think I've ever seen a listing on Realtor.ca. Did they list them there and I didn't see?

New condos typically aren’t listed on realtor.ca, they get sold through brokerage networks.

Once the project is finished some people will flip the units and you will see a few listings then.

Odd, I've seen numerous other new condos listed on realtor.ca. I'm sure not every unit is listed there, but I always see some - but not for this development.

This is at 9 floors if I counted correctly tonight, so ~60% max height. Kind of nice height for the area, and they are flying!

You may see the odd assignment sale, but a developer will never list an entire project all at once on Realtor beyond maybe the smallest developers building tiny boutique projects.

A good chunk of a developers pro-forma actually goes to paying broker commissions to get the sales, it's a bit of a sham really. I bet someone smart could figure out how to sell direct-to-consumer a bit easier and cut out those broker networks and save a bunch of money.

This one is really starting to show up on the horizon when I walk around the neighbourhood towards Corktown or approach the International Village, it's quite cool. Gives me a lot of hope for future build out around Wellington/Victoria. Once I can see Kiwi from the backyard it will be awesome. Can see 154 Main easily.

I really like the scale of this build. It's tall enough to see from certain vantage points, so it adds variety, but up close it's not overbearing and imposing.

I hope that's on topic enough of an opinion.
