I imagine with the flood of people about to be living in this area these will eventually fill up... but these commercial units are so strange and just poorly executed!

Someone posted in a different thread somewhere that building permits worth a lot (millions? more than one million anyway...) were issued for some sort of medical commercial use. I got some photos of work ongoing in the lowest level of 150 Main West.
