It's possible but I'm not sure if the proposal was rejected on those grounds or because it supposedly violated some vague parts of the MPS (e.g. buildings should be similar in height to their neighbours). Either way, both regulations are somewhat stupid in that they have disproportionately large and damaging side effects.

Been finished for about a year now, I think (photo from today). I like the sides. Something about the corner I find a liittle ugly and I wish the entrance was more prominent...overall a decent infill project though and definitely eyecatching and good for the neighbourhood.

is this the right thread?
