Just drove down Sackville St and the building attached to the corner building is now demolished.

Do you mean the building with the 'eyebrow' roof.

Haha, I always thought it looked like a military bunker or something. Here is the photo of the demolition underway.

Ziobrop; do you have an inside shot of the basement, that used to be the Strange Adventures shop? I love that space.

Gutted? Not entirely. Since you've been in recently and posted a "gutted" shot you should have also included photos of the renovated main level - it sure looks like a model unit or a sales office for condos. Photos of the renovated main level would have shed some light on your "I know what's going on but can't discuss it yet" statement.

If he's given someone his word that he's not going to reveal what's going in there, why would he go out of his way to post hints? He doesn't owe us anything.

I honestly don't have any photos of the first floor, other then the ones i shot through the window way back.

you can access the 2 upper levels from the side door, without touching the ground floor.

I'm free to Discuss the building, I'm not free to pre-announce the developers plans.

That's quite the beam. Looks like they are digging out the floor by hand.

Went by the other day and the first floor interior is all cleaned up, with big shelves, new flooring, new doors, and some sort of long counter. Maybe a sales centre? Or who knows. Doesn't look like it's about to be imminently demolished, anyway.

The view at 8 seconds will be highly prized. I wonder how many panes of glass it took to make the glass floor.
