Do you know if the City of Fort Worth's website lets you view site plans online? I was poking around a bit and couldn't find where exactly.

Renderings + details. 198 ft to roof, 209 to pinnacle. Building spans two blocks, a traditional wood framed structure wraps around the parking garage, above the garage is the tower section.

And, uncancelled? The developer is now seeking tax breaks in exchange for building the tower section.

Quote:
The downtown high-rise would have a minimum of 17 stories, 310 residential units, and an expected completion date of 2020, according to the presentation.

“There’s a perception that downtown Fort Worth is an unproven market for this type of residential product, and as such, that carries with it a perception of risk,” Henning said.

Incentives were awarded. The project must be a minimum of 17 floors, devs are planning on 19.
