This and Tower 5, and I think we would be very lucky to see either U/C by the end of this year. Hopefully next.

It's a lot better than what they originally planned, despite being relatively lame, it's at least respectable, especially once Tower 2 and 5 get built (if they ever do). 1 WTC's spantenna is awful though.
