Looking for photos and/or videos of Purdy's Wharf being built

Does anyone have a collection of these photos from this time accessible online?
If not where would be the best place to check these out in person? (NS Archives?)

Thanks!

I was looking for photos of this a couple of weeks ago but didn't have any luck searching online.

One thing that you might try, that I haven't had time to, is to search for harbour photos from around 1984-85. There was a Tall Ships visit in 1984, so maybe photos or videos of this event might yield some results.

That's a great picture actually, as it also shows the Sheraton (now Marriott) hotel on the waterfront also under construction.

Add to that, the crane for the Central Trust building, what is now called 1801 Hollis, can be seen just behind the Law Courts. I remember it was a fantastic time for development in downtown.

It's funny to see how not much has changed in since the 80s.
Not a whole lot of construction in the 90s and now we're playing catch up on at least 15 years worth of construction.

Thanks for the pic, btw.

I have a few snaps from the roof of the second tower during construction. I'll have to dig around a bit to find it.
