I’m surprised this has not been mentioned yet. TMC3, $1.5 Billion BioResearch Campus is underway.

Thanks for the updates!

North Montrose and the Heights are blowing up with apartments near the bayous, which coincidentally have added a lot of new hiking and biking infrastructure along with flood control.

I really like the black brick on the Montrose Collective, that's going to be really sleek.
