This might happen because someone reads Philly YIMBY and doesn't realize the info stated in that little rag is dated. So, thinking that its new and exciting info, passes it on to this forum.

I wish at the top of each page could be a small 'status' box where the various small pre-construction steps could be noted and updated as needed.

Wow, shocked. This one came out of nowhere too.

Love the height, love the massing.

Man, imagine when Laurel and this are completed.

Wow, this is actually happening. Very exciting to see potentially 3 towers within close proximity going up at once, or almost at once.

Didn’t catch that. It isn’t a typo.

Could this tower hit 600?

if it hits 57 floors, at the same floor to floor height, that comes to just about 660 feet.

That would be amazing! Thought im cautiously optimistic that could happen. 660ft... that would be a sight to see

At any height around what they are talking about would be great.
There might be some cheating going on with how the floors are numbered.

there could be cheating, although I doubt it would come across in a zoning document. the zoning board would count the actual number of floors so they had an accurate idea of where those features occur.
developers can get cute and cheat their tenants with the way they enumerate the floors, but I don't think they'd get away with it in a legal document.

660 feet would put it 35 feet higher than the Blue Cross building.

And, I think more to the developers intentions, 60 feet higher than the Laurel when completed.

This is smashing; quite.

This is a significant increase in floors and height; it seems to reflect positive energy for the city market.

Someone should mock up what it would look like at that height.
