This development is really on top of everything. They have permits submitted for pretty much everything already.

Seems like the property next door is being used as a staging area for this one, so the Wimpy's building will likely be there for a while, but I'm excited to see both developed. Still wish this one had retail on the first floor, even just one unit.

Many smaller builds seem to take longer, which could be a couple of factors, one being that the floor plates may be different on every floor, and another being that you can't have as many workers on site at the same time. The McMaster building for example seems to sometimes have upwards of 60 people working onsite whereas this has maybe 10.
