I wonder why the name change? New company handling the marketing for the project?

It's Lin-e-aaa (phonetic: lin-ē-ə) it's linear but drop the r

I'm not sure if Rennie was doing the marketing for Wave or not - but they are on this phase.

Maybe the 'Wynd' name seemed a bit dated - coined in 2012? Maybe it needed a refreshing after 6 years - so buyers werent buying into a stale project. Something new?

Or it’s linear with a British accent.

I'm just wondering if the design has been changed.
Linea doesn't really invoke thoughts of waves and curves to me, but rather, straight lines.

Pretty sure the design has not been changed. Still shows the same design on the registration webpage - and the project was approved as a 2-tower project. Seems like they are really just completing the other half as intended. Theres also a substantial park/outdoor amenity area, and new road connection to 104 to be completed as part of this that was not done with phase 1 - but required as approved.

Youre right - the new name has no reference to the design anymore. Seems like a reference to the new marketing ploy 'forward thinking living' referring to the future of the area? - a linear path forward? who knows.

Saw them, and found them underwhelming. Dunno what it is about this development, but here have a smaller unit but that's okay because your balcony is half the size of your interior. I'd rather have that usable space inside. But, that's just me .

For context:

Shorter than Wave, but appears to have the same floor count (shorter ceilings?)

Nice render! It's the same height as Wave. Perspective is just off.

The interior design of wave is really bad, rooms look like wardrobes to me. And the real wardrobes aren't inside the rooms. Such a mess up design.

The sliding glass door closet is becoming the new '1 bedroom'. Olympic Village is full of them.

The workmanship of the first phrase was pretty bad too. I like rooms with window and sunlight. Not just a bedroom surrounded by partition. I went there but it was definitely not what I wanted. I would rather look for other surrounding buildings for that price level.
