They have completely removed Silver from that rendering. Still a great project and will sure block the western view from our previous place. I hope Tower2 will get going soon as well

Oh yeah, I didn't even notice that.

Sun Tower 1 seems to be around the same height as Metroplace in this render despite other renders depicting a noticeable height increase from its surroundings, like this one:

Yeah, Tower 1 will be similar height as Metroplace, however that rendering exaggerates the height so much that it is silly.

Podium seems like it is topped out now and it doesn't appear quite as massive as in some of the renderings, which is good. I think everything will work together nicely as long as glazing on this building won't be something atrocious. We will soon see.

I'm loving their optimism for what they see Metrotown's density becoming in the near future.





Just look at all those walkups south of Beresford completely replaced by midrises and highrises.
I mean,.... they're not completely wrong, but still.....
