This property has sat for years with a for sale sign. Good to see.

Hoping for some solid intensification around old Stoney Creek.

It's about time. That lot has been vacant for ages. I can't even recall what was there when I was a kid... maybe a couple of old houses? Jackson's fruit market stand was on the other side of the street (with Grandview, the Nash-Jackson family house at the corner of Nash Rd. before it was moved to Battlefield Park)

Small quibble -- this property is actually still within the pre-amalgamation Hamilton city boundary (Ward 5) not Stoney Creek.

Wow that's a pretty high ratio of parking spots to units. I get that it is not downtown, but that is still pretty high.

They started digging at the end of July.

Pictures taken by me.

I have a personal interest in this as my mother bought a unit here.

And as mentioned earlier, this is in Hamilton - not Stoney Creek. It's close to the border, but is still Hamilton.

Anyone got construction updates on this? My partner and I will be moving in, can't wait! I live downtown so until the weather gets nicer and the covid situation improves I can't get around to getting photos myself.

I took a few pictures last weekend. It's coming along, although Covid-19 has slowed them down a bit... but not too much I'm hearing.

Also took a video. I was walking mostly when taking it - excuse the jumpiness/bluriness.

Is that new date for everyone, or just depending on what floor you're on?

If it's based on the floor, what floor is the unit you bought on?
