.... I got confused about which version is going through. If it's this one, I'm a lot happier. There is no real "clash" of blue colour between it and the burnt gold & black Scotia Tower.
Also, the design is sleeker and more "urbane" (pardon that pretentious word, but....) and it doesn't "compete" with the Scotia Tower, but, rather, complements it.
IMO a touch of "burnt gold" in 753 Seymour would have really matched up the two adjacent buildings, but nothing is perfect.
