Nice! Finally a new building without that hokey-looking staggered windows or staggered lines look. That trend will not age well.

I like the brick, too, but am getting kind of sick of those alternating glass panels. Can we just have a formal cutoff for that design? Like, anything done after Jan 2020 has to look like Tower 5C instead?

We have a lot of pinstriped buildings downtown for sure.
