Possibly 4th quarter of 2021. They are half way... to completion.

A year ago? Got a letter from the marketing company that the completion date will be end of 2022 to early 2023.

Excited to move in!

I had a choice of living 7 floors higher for 20K more. I declined. Would you guys have accepted?

For these size buildings isn't it normally about a year for underground, a year for above ground envelope, and a year for interior?

They are well ahead of schedule for these towers. A colleague who works in the drywall sector (and on this project) has said that tower 1 and 2 can be move-in ready by Q1 2021 for sure.

Hmmm? There is no "transformation" for King Edward Station. That haunted house is still kitty corner to it.

I think you meant King George Station. I agree. That's what being progressive is all about.

Great video, thanks for posting!

PS - in the video I noticed a crane for the construction of extra floors of parking at Central City Mall

PPS - in Shift's pic above, I think there's some white cladding on the Phase C residential tower.

Vid is pretty cool!

PPS: Yes there is. They've also started putting the finishing on the edges of the shorter of the phase B residential towers.

I was not the biggest fan of the spandrel colour on the two main residential towers, but that colour balcony glass does make it look better.

Also, looks like the stand-alone restaurant pad and new road area are marked out.

Thanks for pointing that out in the video - good to see.
The taller one looked to have light blue balcony glass.
Was it also light blue on the shorter tower? it could have been light green.

You may be right about the shorter tower. I'll take a look next time I drive by!

Hi Everyone, Does anyone know if the 98b ave intersection with KGB will be realigned to create a 4-way intersection at 98a ave? I was biking through today and there's a lot of empty space just north of the retail podium for realignment and the new structure seems to curve as if it were fronting a street. The renderings posted on the fence also indicate realignment with a new building in the place where the existing access road is.
