Red face TORONTO | The St. Thomas | M / FT | 32 FLOORS

Address: 2 St. Thomas
Developer: Kingsett Capital
Architect: Hariri Pontarini

It seems like this one is "finally" getting underway. Since Kingsett Capital purchased the site from Minto, I am not 100% sure if the building below is what will be built.

An application has been filed with the city and Kingsett Capital did not release new renders, so I am assuming we will be seeing this building in it's current form?

Application: Zoning Review Status: Not Started

Location: 2 ST THOMAS ST
TORONTO ON

Ward 27: Toronto Centre-Rosedale

Application#: 14 117123 ZPR 00 ZR Accepted Date: Feb 13, 2014

Project: Multiple-Use Building Other Proposal

Description: Proposal for a mixed use building containing 254 dwelling units with an underground parking garage. Existing low rise residential building to be retained.

I thought this was going to be a vacant lot for some time still. Glad to see things are finally moving here. Selling point of the condo could be, Drake use to live next door? hmm, you never know.

I'd rather not walk to that area....it's not ideal for my schedule.
