There's tower crane sections on the amenity level, looks like the crane is about to jump! And it also looks like cladding is coming soon

tk, the 3d model progress shots are awesome - super helpful for visualizing. and this crane jump will be exciting to see in this spot.

killer photo! Does anyone know how those horizontal crane braces are affixed to the concrete slab on what's now the top floor? I always pictured them bolted on but those arms look like they're sitting on blocks of some kind? I'm assuming this is all planned and when they pour the concrete on the designated floor there's some kind of preparation for the attachment points but I'm curious about the specifics, also how they're removed & filled in afterwards?

Center City One desperately needs to be power washed.

It's not a terrible building. I've been in it a few times...the units are actually quite nice. The exterior just needs some TLC.
