Absolutely! If you aren't careful, they will drag you in and indoctrinate you against your will. Especially the children.

Scary stuff.

Almost as scary as a forced tam-tam experience, but not quite.

Good Job Thundertubs! I like your style.

I like how you showed the not so much photographed parts of Downtown Atlanta - the southern part. I really like Mitchell Street and you even gave us some Broad Street. This part of Downtown really shows the industrial past of Atlanta which was driven by the railroad. Atlanta's two demolished railroad stations (Terminal and Union) were in this part of Downtown. Nearby neighborhoods just south of areas shown (like Castleberry, Whitehall Street, Mechanicsville, etc.) are dotted with warehouses which further illustrate the city's industrial past. Many of the warehouse buildings have been converted to residential lofts and other uses.

Although you did go a little more north with the Auburn Avenue / Edgewood pics, you still remain mostly away from the more manicured areas to the west (like Centennial Park/Fairlie Poplar/Marietta Street). I like diversity, variety and history. Your collection of pics provided that for me for the city that I love and was a respite from what is shown typically.

That was a dandy tour Tt. I really liked the close-up detail pics of the older gems too. Thanks for the tour.
