Great updates! Thanks!

What is The Ledge going to look like when completed?

Also nice seeing a real node emerging at Pandosy.

All these nodes actually bring more interest and dimension to Kelowna’s urban form IMO.

You can also see why Kelowna is where it is, no where else in the Okanagan is this available for a city of size.

The Ledge is a huge development. It's flown under the radar probably because it isn't super tall, but it's big in other ways.

Oh wow. I had no idea that this was already u/c. For it's location, it really is quite tall. Also, 1,000 rentals in a single development in a market Kelowna's size is quite incredible.

oh, okay! I remember seeing this proposed, didn't know it was underway! I'm guessing it is being phased? Or is the whole project a go?

What a killer video and photos! You can really begin to appreciate the size of these towers and the massive shadows they cast in the early hours of the day. If this keeps pace soon it'll feel like a mini Vancouver, where you can't even tell if there's a sunny day or cloudy because you'll be permanently under shade. One project that is most definitely going to transform Kelowna is Water Street by the Park. It's not even going up yet but you can see that the footprint is massive.

I'm thinking the release of the investigation report will most likely be before or on July 12th (2nd anniversary of the tragedy).

I'm thinking, some criminal investigations take up to 5 years, It could be many months, even years before someone is fined or face jail time?

I hope it's at least shared with the relatives of the young men who lost their lives so that they can have some form of closure.

In the case of the Stemmers, their relatives may be some of the people under investigation.

I thought this was really cool. If Kelowna could also have more three bedroom units that would make it even better for families with children to move downtown.

Is Kelowna big enough for 2 hospitals? And if it is, where could it go? I was thinking in the Landmark area or West Kelowna.

Probably West Kelowna. It's the fastest growing area in the metro region, and the bridge can be a real problem for emergency vehicles, especially in the summer.

I stayed at the Manteo at Eldorado Resort in Kelowna over the last few days. Wow has the city ever grown. It would appear the city has done a great job keeping the homeless out of the down town core too. I wish we could do a better job of that here our selves.

That’s an interesting outlook, I work downtown Kelowna and spent a few days in Kamloops recently, and thought the exact opposite….

Looks great. It's interesting that this podium looks better than podiums of other projects more in the core of downtown. This area could surely use a new grocery store.

So the office building really is just a slightly different Landmark 6/7 eh? At least the podium should look neat. Hate to dump on the one of downtowns biggest developments but Bertram also looks like its going to be pretty bland. Thanks for the pics!

I like it but i'm not sure how the new council is going to feel about that much density right next to 3+ other towers. Thanks again for the contributions!
