I think it is quite an improvement from the last few renderings.
I hope it comes through for them. Hopefully they will update the status of construction and or new plans by the end of the month.

While Billings is not as large as Boise. This is the type of project that has already been undertaken in Boise. It would be good for Billings.

well, this sucks. according to this article, the project may be dead:

this would've been a really nice project. hopefully the developers haven't officially given up hope.

Yeah that's too bad for Billings, maybe something eventually good will happen for their downtown. That development was actually quite nice.

I would absolutely love to see a project like that project in Ogden or Boulder.
