I was told by a work colleague who was speaking with a Red Development guy that the office portion is being increased to 9 floors tall (3 garage levels on top of 6 office levels) and that the residential portion will be 17 floors. Not sure if that's final, but as of yesterday. FWIW...

Since this thread has been quiet lately and a couple of people are concerned about it, here's an abandonment hearing for a 4.5' x 34.5' section of the corner of Jefferson to allow room for the Fry's entrance.

Thanks to Nick for helping me look up this abandonment notice.

So if the Crane is coming 7/17/2017 isn't it about time they start tearing up the concrete on the residential side of the block?

not that simple, that side has a multi story underground parking garage.

I think it's just more of a random start date to be sure they can get the FAA approval without any issues. I'm sure the crane won't be close to going up until about October or so.

They are and they are now charging $10 per day if you don't pay for monthly parking. I use to park there but moved to the garage between the arena and stadium. Also we haven't received notification when the parking there will cease.
