Dimensions

Could anyone help me on this one?

I'm about to make a 3d model of a highrise design I have on my mind and on paper, and my plan is to make a very detailed building. The problem is, I’m not an architect and do not know so much about correct dimensions for the various parts. I know that it can vary from building to building, but there must be an often "do not exceed or go under this" used size e.g. for the height of the floors between every storey, the thickness of the walls both interior and exterior, the height from the floor to the ceiling and so on.

I have tried to google for some construction documents for various skyscrapers, with no luck.
