Winnipeg 401 York Ave. (Norquay Building)

One of the very first glass and steel skyscrapers in Winnipeg constructed between 1958 and 1960 is the Norquay Building at 401 York Ave.

It seems like it is one of the most overlooked in terms of office space and there are no diagrams of it on SSP. It stands 10 stories tall. I am not sure of its height though as I can't find any sources for that info.

The Norquay Building's primary use is for various provincial government offices.

I don't have my own photo of the building because I couldn't stand far away enough with my camera phone to take in the whole structure. But here is the photo from the Winnipeg Architecture Foundation.
