I haven't heard anything yet but the webcam shows that there is activity at the Astra site today.
In other news, it looks like Dakota Pacific just submitted for a commercial building permit to remodel the
Felt Electric Building at 165 S. Regent Street. This is directly adjacent to the future tower site at 200 S. & Regent St which is also being developed (hopefully) by Dakota Pacific.
EDIT: new info from Reddit on Astra:

Apparently there is a buried concrete slab that supports the pawn shop, and so construction was delayed for that reason.
Kensington's most recent filing indicated that they weren't going to further appeal the Court of Appeals decision to the Utah Supreme Court and want to set a trial date. I've gotten the impression that the parties are mostly done with discovery and are close to wrapping up the case. It looks like the next step is to set a trial date.
A trial date being set doesn't remotely mean that a trial will necessarily happen - the parties can settle at any point up to and during the trial. As an interested amateur who is decidedly NOT an expert, I would guess that a settlement is likely, though the timing may depend on how big an issue this concrete slab is.
