I wish the design were a bit more exciting, but yes, lots of new residents and more retails. Plus, the Embassy Suites apartment conversion, Victory Brewing Co. taking up a huge retail space, talks of a gambling/sports gaming venue opening in the Drexel Building. All of these will hugely impact that stretch (for the better).
My realistic wish-list, I want that Subway and little building to go at 17th and BF Parkway. I don't know if that plot is large enough for a slender project, but I would rather a nice little park than a Subway...
And the Sheraton needs a complete exterior overhaul.
