Designed by NSDA Architects, West Tower has 175 units

Well I got to say I like it a whole lot more than the Ronmor proposal for this property. This must be a very recent purchase by Gablecraft, as this site was on the Ronmor website two months ago.

Someone (Wooster or Boris27K, maybe Fusili) had mentioned that the parcel was sold. They didn't say who it was sold to at the time.
