Recent submissions for buildings that I've requested have been added to the database as "lowrise" despite being above 35 meters tall. Is the criteria for highrise
only 12 floors now? For example, this 12 storey building via the architectural plans is 36.6M to the roof:

Which is significantly shorter than this 8 storey, 52.5M tall building which has been labelled as a lowrise in the database:

I just want to clarify to ensure that I'm not requesting irrelevant/undesired buildings that bog down the database. My historic understanding is that a building is considered a highrise when it is either 12 floors
and/or 35+ meters. Other cities (such as Toronto, NYC) have a significant number of highrise buildings that exceed 35 meters but are below 12 floors. This is also evident when using the map feature; the height begins at 35 meters which reinforces the highrise height beginning at 35 meters.
If the threshold for highrise buildings is in fact 35 meters, the buildings below should be listed as highrises. Thanks in advance for providing clarification on this!
