Sure, I'm going to stick with what UT is using though. They seem to be pretty on the ball and rarely use speculations in their building descriptions.

I know, I just don't like sticking with numbers that aren't approved, despite peoples assurances. We know how the city is with shadows and sometimes chopping height.

I think the city will give them something. We can be almost sure this tower will be higher than the approved 309m. The question is...will they give them the full 338m?

I took these yesterday, not much is going on these days in the site but apparently the decision on more height by the developer is impacting construction (of course this is what I heard *from UT* , it may be pure folly and hogwash):

From urbantoronto.ca

Address 156 Front Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M5J 2L7
Category Office, Retail
Status Under Construction
Height 787 ft / 239.87 m
Storeys 46

It would be a few floors taller now then in the diagram. I feel like this building will have a lot of fans that used to be haters as this thing rises.

The Well is seen topped out in the background.

Finally a lot of really tall towers under construction in Toronto. And I can't enjoy it because of the pandemic.

Wow, there is a lot of activity going on downtown regarding the big towers. - I didn't realize 160 is moving so fast. I haven't been in that area in almost 1 year.

Hell no, she is not even that wide. The renders don't really show how small of a Floorplan she has. Also if you think she's a big girl let's have her stand next to the Bow.

Or the 502m Commodore proposal in NYC, for that matter. 156 Front Street West could double in height and still be smaller and shorter than the Commodore.

I'm looking forward to seeing some of the bronze cladding making it's debut.

Wow a real Manhattan podium, I wish the whole city could be like this.

I'm impressed.
