Nice set of towers for Taoyuan or Hsinchu, but Taipei, with it's limited amount of free land, oughta be building much taller buildings. What's with the useless plaza bordering Zhongxiao?

The area which the project is located has limited height because of flight Path. The maxmium height in Nangang is 145m.
