This one is previous rendering which was about 2 years ago.

One of the infromation I get, the client does not like the design.

Good, cuz the building's hideous! And they should knock down those apartment complex, from one end of eslite bookstore to another feels like crossing from US to Mexico.

A really good information I just got from skyscrapers.tw a few minutes before!
The design is changed!
I think it is why they stop the construction for such a long time.

New building is designed by 大元事務所. It is the same group which design Kelti Group Headquaters and CSC Headquaters. The new building will be glass curtain wall building.

The current information I get, the height is added to 200m+!
The previous height is 194.95m......
