Thanks for everything William! =)

Although there aren't too many replies, I'm very sure everyone's grateful for your contribution.

I definitely appreciate all these new updates

That picture looks far taller than 45 stories!

although i'm glad it's pretty tall, i really hope they change the facade of that building. it looks so brown and dull. and the design looks so dated.

no, not "what'd hell". it's "what THE hell" or slang "what da hell" which is what i think you meant. "what'd" means "what would" just like "I'd" = I would or "we'd" = we would. just a little english lesson for ya!!

Keep us updated. If it is 45 stories tall or taller, it is great. That area really needs some tall buildings other than Taipei 101.

By the way, that rendering is highly unlikely to be real. Someone just photoshoped this building on the left to make it look taller:

According skyscrapers.cn, the rendering I post is not the final design. The final design is more likely like this rendering!

I know.....
And their badget is only 10 millions US dollars...
how can they build a 45floors building under this badget?
Now, I totally confused, what kind of design can keep the cost within 10 millions?
