8th floor wrapping up with some of the 9th floor wall forms now up. This is now half way. They are taking around 5 weeks to complete 2 floors so should be working on the mechanical penthouse within 22 weeks or so. Look for this to be topping out by first week in Feb. Question is would this Concrete Forming crew move to Centro to supplement their crews? They also are working on Old Oaks Mosiak buildings on Sugarcreek. CF might stretched thin at the moment.

Wrapping up the 15th floor wall pours this week and good progress on the 16th floor slab forming. Should see some of the 16th floor walls formed next week.

Some of the 16th floor walls are now poured. This is the final residential floor. Should see the mechanical penthouse well under way by end of March. Some of the CF concrete team will likely move downtown to Centro to bolster the work crew there in April.
