Anyone know what floor they're working on right now? Super funky vs what they were doing.

They're up to the amenity floor. The next floor will show the push back from Walnut Street

Ahhhh, that explains it. I was wondering what they were up to with all the funky formwork and extra rebar. I thought maybe it was a load-transfer floor, and/or some kind of core expansion. But it's probably for the amenities, e.g., swimming pool, hot tub, etc.

I've never been one to get very involved in the conversations. Usually more of just a picture poster, and working from home limits my opportunities to take photos. There was definitely a stretch of at least half a year without posting anything, but I've read most everything from everyone else. Guess I'm almost a lurker nowadays.

Yep, I also noticed activity on the threads slowed down during part of the pandemic but now they have picked up. But, I'm glad that you can post photos whenever you get them. I equally enjoy the photo posts as much as some of the discussions, but always avoids the rants. Take care!

^^Great shots TK! With Laurel and Arthaus going up, the view of the skyline from the east may become my second favorite view after the view from the west/southwest.

According to the CDR document, the amenity level is at 278 feet. The structure is currently 46% up, here's more pictures that I took today
