Maybe Frank Gehry and his team could be talked into designing it. I know that not everybody likes Gehry (I usually do), but his projects are never boring and often great. Imagine a Gehry 900 footer in CC
Better than a boring box. A 7O story 900 footer would probably be mixed use, with offices and retail on the lower levels and hotel/condo/apts on the top levels.
