What would "Your Halifax" be?

There was some discussion on the Nova Centre thread that started with the reconfiguration of Argyle and Grafton Street areas and continued to touch on ideas regarding traffic/accessibility and what would be a desirable/non-desirable configuration for the downtown, and the city in general.

Not all of the discussion was warm and fuzzy, but I believe some interesting points were raised that could lend itself to good, and perhaps lively, discussion. There were also some ideas that were not completely developed, but it would have further derailed the Nova Centre conversation, so maybe another thread might give people a chance to give others a vision for how you think the city could be the best it can be.

So... here's an opportunity to have an open discussion on how you would like to see 'your' Halifax develop. Let us know your thoughts...
