Zebra Parkade Tower - Essentially removing the portion of the parkade up to that stairwell, former curved ramp and the rectangular paved surface lot with the white vehicles.

I hope this moves ahead. Downtown needs all the new residents it can get in this soon-to-be post COVID-19 world... Especially in an area that has been a bit of a quieter spot since The Bay vacated their historic Art Deco location on Jasper...
