This is such an interesting design for a small apartment building.

the color on the concrete looks washed out like it could use another coat.

Looks like they've done a really good job dealing with the grade change. That's not something you always see in this city.

This looks great. Thanks for the pictures, otherwise it wouldn't get much notice.

I think it's in general quite nice, but I don't know what they were thinking with the blue siding in the back, visible in your other photos. I was disappointed when I saw that.

R.C. Jane is the owner of the Edison and the properties to the south including Village Plaza (3343 Westerwald Street). W.M. Fares on behalf of R.C. Jane has applied to rezone 3325-3343 Westerwald Street. Their plan is to get the properties included in the Dutch Village SPS and redevelop the site with a six-storey residential building that meets the C2C zoning requirements.

This property is already part of the development agreement for The Edison project, is owned by the same company, and the proposed building will share a driveway. I've decided this thread is the best place for this project to be discussed.

No idea what this would look like given the skimpy details in the attached report. Google maps reveals the site currently has a 1960s 3-storey walk-up apartment building which probably looked OK when it was new and a couple of single-family houses.
