Awful, Why make a building that looks like its going t fall down.

In the 1970's the upsidown pyramid thing was popular, Phoenix has two and they are both terrible and shouldn't exist.

I have to pass this POS on a daily basis https://goo.gl/maps/9sVuHE79dSukcp9b8

and the Tempe city hall, thankfully its largely hidden: https://goo.gl/maps/ZyzSP6YXsEqbq1aw6

1) Heavy disagree.
2) It doesn't look like it's gonna fall down. You're not a deer, use your brain.

It looks dumb. But a lot of modern architecture does.

I heavily disagree and we're going to have to agree that we both disagree on how it looks. No use having an argument over it when neither you nor I are going to change our opinions on how it looks.

" RXR Realty and TF Cornerstone’s plans for a 1,575-foot-tall tower (480 meters), which would be among the city’s tallest, were recently approved by the city council, clearing the way for a mixed-use building on the site of a Grand Hyatt that includes more than 2 million square feet of office space and up to 500 hotels rooms. 520 and 570 5th Avenue are missing in this 'rendering'.
From this angle, they would some gaps between ESB and 30 Rock.

343 Madison Avenue is also missing. Should be just behind One Vanderbilt.
