Five photos! Rivers are drying up down here, you guys up there are fortunate, especially to have something like this flowing through your city. You don't know how lucky you are. Thanks for posting these beautiful views.

Thanks! The Boise River Watershed in our backyard that flows out of some of the most pristine wilderness in the Lower 48, The Sawtooths and Boise Mountains, is a treasure for sure. We need to manage this one of a kind watershed for the future considering the explosive growth in SW Idaho.

Other places, for instance where you live in one of the driest states in the nation, are setting themselves up for disaster especially when people get too overly exciting by growth and breaking another million mark in population growth. Control the baby making!

i haven't driven down Front in awhile, but they were supposed to be installing a large public art piece on the new Home2Suites garage. has that been done yet?

I was by that garage last week and didn't notice the art piece, but I can check again when I'm back downtown tonight.

Twilight Criterium
One of the best and largest Criteriums in the nation is taking place once again in Downtown tonight. This is a yearly summer Boise event.
The top pro men's and women's teams are in town and the evening races are always a good time.

I hope the Basque Block gets extended once those new buildings are done, though there's still more room for new development along that street. more Basque restaurants, more food, more better.
